In November 2023, we embarked on an ambitious project with Plutonic Media to find the ideal Business Developer Representative in record time. Read about how we achieved the goal in under 30 days and made the final choice between potential candidates a luxury problem.

11 Shortlistings

Throughout the project, we sourced 11 relevant candidates and shortlisted them in Plutonic's internal pipeline.

9 Screenings

We conducted 9 screening interviews with the candidates who had the most relevant background in terms of both skills and values. The screening took place in virtual meetings between the candidate and us.

We presented 3 candidates who, through our screening, proved to be perfect matches for the role of Business Developer Representative and the competencies required for the role.

Throughout the process, we ensured that the candidates presented to Plutonic were hyper-relevant and demonstrated great dedication and engagement even before their first conversation with the company.

Flexible & efficient

Since the goal of the recruitment was to achieve a quick but quality result, it was necessary for us to quickly create a clear picture of what everyday life at Plutonic Media looked like. Therefore, the project started with an onboarding meeting, followed by a full day where we gained an overview of what the daily routines were like in the office. After this onboarding, Plutonic's team leader could loosen the reins and focus on their sales operations while we took care of the rest.
