Personal passion and professional drive.

After four years in sales management for physical stores, Sebastian was looking for new challenges. He knew he wanted to take his career in the sales industry to the next level, but his own requirements were high, and the process seemed overwhelming.

But who really is Sebastian?
From our initial conversations, our best description of him would be: ambitious, striving, and driven.

Throughout his career, he has never shied away from putting in the extra hours needed to produce extraordinary results, and as a result, he was given the responsibility to open Power's largest store in Denmark.

During our screening, Sebastian stated, "I live to work, I do not work to live.

He knew that he wanted to work towards administrative leadership in the future and had a clear vision of spending the next few years getting as well-prepared for the future as possible.

Therefore, it was obvious for us to consider F5 in the picture.

Here, F5’s product was a perfect fit for Sebastian as a salesperson.

A key factor in the success of the entire process was Sebastian's own dedication and approach. In the sales industry, unfortunately, one often sees candidates who are in a hurry to secure a job and therefore tend to oversell themselves in pursuit of a quick match, rather than the right match. Sebastian clearly demonstrated where he stood. He showed that he was not afraid to do the groundwork, and he knew that he couldn't just coast through things.

After several years in sales management, I was seeking new challenges, which proved difficult given the standards I had set for myself. However, after only 2 weeks of searching, I found myself in the 3rd and 4th stages of the hiring process with a new company. Despite having high demands that seemed overwhelming to me, Yousef (the founder) managed to identify the correct match with the suitable position. Financial demands and opportunities for personal development, which otherwise seemed impossible. Huge cadeau to him.
